Zero Out All Despair!
Hello. This is the Chaos Zero Nightmare Team.
An issue has been identified in Observe Prism Module > Eternal Moment, where even after performing up to 69 observations and the selected Combatant’s Prism Module was not obtained,
instead of receiving the selected 5★ Combatant’s Prism Module upon the 70th observation, a random Prism Module from among all 5★ Combatants was incorrectly granted.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and disappointment this issue may have caused, especially as it concerns an important matter for many of our Protos.
Upon investigation, we confirmed that this issue has been present since the game’s official launch on October 22, and that it only occurred in the 70 guaranteed Prism Module Observation.
Other Rescues were not affected and have been functioning normally.

The issue was fixed during the temporary maintenance on November 1.
Below are the details of our investigation and follow-up measures regarding the Prism Module issue.
[Action Plan on the Prism Module Observation Issue]
-Affected Players: 92 Protos who did not obtain the selected 5★ Combatant’s Prism Module upon the 70th observation.
-Action Plan: The selected 5★ Combatant’s Prism Module will be delivered to the affected players.
-Delivery Method: A separate notice will be provided.
In addition, we will be providing compensation rewards to all Protos as an expression of our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
