Lucas builds his gameplan around generating and consuming Launcher Bullets. These generated bullets deal direct damage to one target while simultaneously hitting every other enemy on the field.

Your setup priority is activating Extended Magazine first, then playing R.P.G-7. This combination is Lucas's engine - R.P.G-7 stays active throughout the fight and deals fixed AOE damage whenever any bullet card gets exhausted. Before spending your generated bullets, play S.S.S to boost their damage by 40% for that turn.
