Best Team Compositions
| Position | Character |
| Main DPS | ![]() Tressa |
| Sub DPS | ![]() Hugo |
| Support | ![]() Mika |
Tressa can work well as a main damage dealer, though it's not her primary role. Pair her with either a shield character for better survival or a support character to increase damage and utility.
Mika provides multiple healing cards that trigger Tressa's Shadow Dagger generation after using her upgraded Shadow Reload. Running a Chaos mode with Mika lets you add more of her special healing cards to maximize this combo.
Hugo acts as additional damage support through his Commence the Hunt ability, which activates each time Tressa uses Shadow Daggers, adding extra damage on top of her attacks.
Together, Mika keeps the Shadow Dagger generation flowing with consistent heals, while Hugo amplifies the damage whenever those daggers are used, creating a smooth and powerful team synergy with Tressa.

Playstyle Tips and Strategy/How to Play

Tressa specializes in damage over time (DoT) by inflicting a status called Agony on enemies. Agony typically lasts for two turns and deals fixed damage at the end of each turn. Her main tool is Shadow Daggers, 0-cost cards she creates through her abilities and skills.
The basic gameplay is simple: make Shadow Daggers, use them repeatedly to stack Agony on enemies, then play her special cards that deal extra damage based on how much Agony the enemy has.
Tressa usually works as a damage dealer because her frequent 0-cost attacks trigger other characters' abilities, Hugo being her best partner. She also has a special trait that creates more Daggers whenever anyone uses a healing card, making her pair excellently with Mika. Additionally, she brings extra elemental damage to help break enemy defense bars.
As a free starting 4-star character, Tressa is an excellent budget option who can match the damage output of 5-star characters when paired with the right team and deck.
